How to Train for COVID

I was dealing with some hamstring tendinopathy in the spring and then I quick went to the gym because of COVID. So, I probably did what I tell almost every runner not to do and that's quit strength training for a while and ignore your injury. But yeah, my wife and I we have a really nice home gym set up. We're trying to go for maybe it looks like we're probably going more quality than quantity butYeah, it's good. It's a really nice interface. I think I enjoy it quite a bit more than other social media platforms, certainly more than Twitter and Facebook.
