Learning Design: Functional, Emotional and Social Aspects

There is a functional, emotional and social aspect to learning design. A recent example shows how current training doesn't do the job well. People were quite well trained, but then in practice, they found out that ladies were treated different than men. And for some ladies, the help came too late. They figured out that it was because of breast anxiety. Sohe so ous to what you're saying is that during the training, they should have told them how to get over this obstacle.
