How Much Salt Isn't Sweat?

There are people who are out there who are turned to be salty sweaters and these people may have or may lose more salt in their sweat. And so if you go for a run, maybe one of those people who is would be considered a salty sweater, and you can look at your clothing after. And see, do you see those telltale signs of sodium, those that streaking or is it very, very caked or maybe you don't. So we've dialed in an estimate of our fluid loss, and we'll use that amount of fluid on future runs, try to take in that's that amounts or close to that amount and see how that does for weighing ourselves again
