The study say it needs to be 10 sets. But if you're somebody who's like me, you could get away with a lot less than that. The intensity of the stretch is quite important because I look around the average person stretching. They don't look like they're going through any real form of discomfort. And sometimes you might find that some stretches are super, super easy and they aren't even that uncomfortable.
