During the period of 17 to 31 years old you were literally doing nothing physical but during that time like 17 to 31 because you you work with people on s and c. just started meditating a little bit i watched the same uh sam heris youtube clip just on repeat over and over every day and tried to learn how to meditate. Would eventually try my first jiu-jitsu class and then start just trying to do basic strength conditioning stuff to stay healthy.
