attachment theory was developed in 1950 by John Boble and Mary Ainsworth to psychotherapist or psychologist. People really want to learn about why their behaviors are the way they are, why they keep picking partners that show up a certain way. It has a lot to do with early embedded patterns in your nervous system. And yeah, it's working with those embedded patterns and being more compassionate when your nervous system is having a fear or response to something that is scary.
