The Lactate Shuttle Is Not the Bad Guy
When we are exercising at steady state, we're producing and using lac more or less at the same rate. And it's going up very slowly, stabilized, make sense. We literally reach steady state leads us to another one. So anyway, the point is that lactate is not, in and of itself, the bad guy. When you see lactate, you know that the person has reached an intensity where fatigue is now going to be imminent.
