The Case for Creativity by James Herman
James Herman wrote a book called The Case for Creativity. He looked at the data on creatively effective campaigns. In his past life, James was both a creative in his past life and also a CSO. His view is that if we wanted to be the most effective as an agency, we had to be producing work that was highly creative.
