The Advantages of a Full Body Split
The plan is less rigid because you're using full body sessions. If someone can only train two days, they can still get a good bang for the buck. My main lifts focus on the squat pattern on Monday, a press pattern on Wednesday and a hinge pattern on Friday. You could cycle in whatever you want.
