When i'm not in one of what i call em jags, i sleep fine and i sleep well. I would call it an edge case because it's not traditional insomnia. It probably has other origins. And so for sicating rhythm issues, it's all about teaching your body clock when you want it to go to sleep and when you want id to wake up. All of it is just sort of tricking your body into thinking that you're operating on a different schedule.
