Is Easy Strength for Olympic Lifting a Good Programme?

Five days a week, you snatch and clean a jerk and front squat. It is basically how the best and brightest do it, except we had a walk at the end of it. I heat i eat the healthiest i know of. And try to get between seven and nine hours asleep every night. If you focus on those two goals and compete at em, the one 30 and one 70, all your dreams will come true. You're going to have a lot of power explosion. So simplify things and follow those goals.
