The Debt Crisis and the Risk of Contagion

The debt is held in office roughly 50% is banks and there's another like 15 to 20%, which is CMBS markets. And so the question of contagion is just like with the banking crisis, there's already pressure and banks balance sheets. There is concern that now this is going to add another issue to their stability and that this can have ripple effects into their four other asset classes. That's kind of what we're starting to see in the media.
