I think when you describe the anxiety or when you came to that point of realizing that anxiety was something you're dealing with, it sounded like there was a whole lot of circumstance going on. And I know myself when my anxiety was at its worst, I didn't just want to hear from experts who were just quoting from some medical journal. So it really is so beneficial for someone listening that you are not coming out of from a perspective of I've done the doctorate in this. It can flare up at any time for all kinds of different reasons and sometimes it seems like there's no reason.
