The Effect of Hyperterically Stimulus on My Ops Rate Elevation

I don't think that the the data has been collected that would give us different durations yet I mean obviously that's a really big deal. If we're able to say you know obviously if I train with one set I only create stimulus period duration the last 24 hours then whereas if I do it for three sets it would give me 48 hours but even if we did have that data then I would say well does that tell us that the actual hyper to be stimulus is also lasting that period time or are we just adding muscle damage that is spilling over into the second 24 hours? It doesn't answer my challenge which is that we potentially are dealing with two parallel my ops rate elevation processes here and
