How to Set Up a Trigger for Fitness

Set up the alarm. Put it in your schedule like you would put in a meeting. Create or choose the program that you're going to do and put it somewhere obvious. Maybe put your gym back somewhere like right in front of the entrance when you're leaving the house if you decide to exercise or to work, for example. The trigger, you are hungry. You're going to be eating. So it's right there for fitness.
