"I've been kind of stuck over the last few years. Just I get to the gym. I always have a big focus on legs," he says. "So I was squatting two or three days a week." He's now doing pull ups as soon as he gets to the gym, because if he doesn't do those, he'll lose them. The first thing Justin does when he goes to the gym is lift his arms up and down in an effort to keep himself from getting too fatigued while working out.
