How Much Pain Are You Tolerating?

I think you're going to get like a reactive tendon. If it's really, really reactive and there's a lot of pain, then you just I still encourage a type of exercise, but you can actually use BFR. BFR is pretty good because BFR gives like changes, they weren't as to where the pain's coming from. And that's quite a good kickstarter if someone is in a lots of pain. But usually like three to four out of 10 is acceptable. As a soreness, when you're doing isometric holds, and that's fine. It's normal. You'll just that often, it feels better after you've done it.
