We traded off strength and power for dexterity, right? So a gorilla was to hit me or you, they would hit us with sixteen times the force that we could hit them. And going around on four limbs is a lot more energy hungry than bipedalism. Walking on two legs actually uses a lot less energy and it frees up energy to create a bigger brain. Cooking meat, cooking vegetables, plants unlocks a lot of their nutrients, enables us to have more energy to develop to a brain.
