Fruttos, background Fruttos intake is really the problem here. It's causing this reduction in ATP and I'm curious, would you have to change your hypothesis or the way you're looking at this? If you saw a study on healthy adults who had a low Fruttos background diet that were fed high saturated fat and their liver fat increased substantially? Yeah, it seems like you're being a little sly here. You know, yeah, alcohol will do it and real and some of these umami foods like liver, organ meats, processed red meats and you know, so there's a lot of things that can do it.
