Just walking per day can be very, very protective when it comes to any sort of long term caudio mascular illness. It's jut a little bit harder to correlate how much an individual would need to actually see improvement. For somebody like haylock, if you can do one zone two session per week, just getting your heart raed up just a little bit, and then do in a one ten to 15 minute interval session a week to do some higher intensity stuff plus the lifting, you'll probably be in pretty good shape. That's amazing. Letme they're doing vy damn well.
