To floss out your spine, you want to go back and forth between those two positions. When i do my stretches later to day, i notice all the time when i correct my own posture, right? Maybe i'm slouching, or, you know, maybe i was really, like, curled up into a weird position on the on the couch,. The next moment, as soon as i stop paying attention to my corrected posture, my posture just reverts back to the position i was in before. I mean, is that typical? Is that something that you see a lot with patience in your practice? Why do we just revert back to these tendencies because they're so ingrainedy
