We're going to practice met the meditation. Can you wish for your friend to be happy? Can you say to yourself authentically, that may this person be happy. May this person be free. And what we're essentially going to do is direct these phrases towards a particular person. We know, actually, interestingly enough, scientifically, that this works, right?
