Dosage of a Basil Insolent

You would start a dose of a basil insolent that's equal to the last four to six hours, you know, averaged over 24 hours. So if they were on one unit an hour, then they get 24 units. And you would start at two, least two hours before the drip stops, is that right? Ye, yes. You give them the injection of of the glorgine that you've calculated, ah, and then you let it overlap the drip, and thenyou turn the drip off. Some people will reduce that basil dose by by 20% or 80%. That's the art, the art of medicine.
