Learning Is Not a Priority for Management
There's not enough time designated for learning. There's no incentive for reflection. Learning only happens when we get trained. I can learn on my own. Misbelief that's not necessary. Lack of mentoring. Urgency of work to recover from COVID impact. Listening, not hearing. For management, not on board. Always focused on short-term goals.
