The basic humane burpy is 15 swings, five gobba squats, five push ups, 15 swings, four goba squats, four push ups. The actual one that we first started with was 15 swings, ten gobble squats, ten push ups,. That's going to be, and you'll go all the way down to ones. You know, it's a hundred and 50 swings, 55 goblet squats and 55 push ups. A variation, we don't have much time, which i like, is a, fifteen swings, eight, eight, 15 swing, five, five, 15swing, two, two. It's forty five swings, but you get 20 goble
