The Four Stages of Sleep

Deep sleep is responsible for physical repair. If you're feeling physically fatigued, you're probably not getting enough deep sleep. Deep sleep's also the stage that's most impacted by blue light and screens. Then we get into REM sleep. This is the one where we do the bulk of our dreaming. And so those are the four stages of sleep.
