Selling a business is a team sport, shouldn't be an individual sport. You can do that if you have a broader team that's under the tent. Larger accounting firms have what are called transactional teams or they have a group of people who can help either the cell side or the by side with some of this work. Marshal my resources in advance. Here's the information i need, get me the raw data,. but then i can have an outsource team assemble it, put it together, populate a data room and take some of the heavy lifting off of the man ment team.
