How to Get People to Think About Executive Presence
The activity gets people thinking. It's not trying to create consensus, it's getting people thinking and talking about a topic. In the second exercise, my intention was to add the idea of altitude on top of executive presence. I asked them to think about something they love to talk about. And then in groups of three, each person got a few minutes to tell the other people about their passion from the highest altitude possible.
