I was doing a lot of just easy aerobic mileage, you know, Monday through Friday. And then Saturday would be my workout day. So for the treadmill world record, my best workout, this wasn't even a time trialing into it. I ran 100k at like 640 pace. It's still tough on your body on your on your neuromuscular system. But I incorporate a lot of treadmill running when I'm outside on the roads,. I wear a maximal shoe. Yeah, I just try to keep it as safe as possible.
