Do you think there would be a difference between, say, industrially produced chesan yoge in america to day, versus more local, a traditionally produced darry in areas of europe? I think it would really depend on what that mthod of production is, and whether you're still getting some of the effects of culturing. So i don't know enough about the food science side of things, i'd i be really keen to actually get an answer from some one that maybe works in more the foodscience side of of nutrition research.
