What people tell themselves at the end of a training session is going to be the thing that they tell themselves during the next one. Once it becomes uncomfortable, I know what's going to happen with your mind. You start to play this weird game of like, you can go longer. No, you can't. This hurts you bad. And instead if they say, I'm happy with the effort I gave, I worked hard. That's not what most people are doing.
