Is Overtraining a Bigger Thing?

There's two really big components that I focus on a lot one is simply the data that the athletes getting in right just the raw numbers of how many miles are doing. The second piece and this is far more important than the data because the data is it's got flaws in it you know it's just the communication between coach and athlete what they write in their training log. You're trying to monitor the overall stress load of the athlete the training load that works and making sure that I have the right have the right stress load on the athlete not necessarily always monitoring over training right That's not stress load if they're the soccer coach or something like that.
