The Effects of Strength Training on the Failure Leg

The failure leg did experience more niggles and complaints than the RIR leg, but it wasn't. We're not talking about major differences here, maybe three versus two. That's something that will be reported in the paper. The one injury that the participant had to drop out, so one participant dropped out because they were training too hard. It was just too much to handle. And I think it's just a combination of all these factors coming together.
