How to Be a Good Teacher by Using Mini White Boards
Everything you do as a teacher will contribute either intentionally or unintentionally to the culture in your classroom. Your body language, the care you show to your pupils and attention you show them by asking them questions about what they do are all important. What you don't say is also communicating all of these things. There's been a lot of chat on the Tips for Teachers podcast so far about use of mini white boards. Just you saying that's made me think that it communicates to the kids that every answer matters. And I don't often hear that mentioned in the context of miniwhite boards.
