Accountability is much more germane to the everyday conversations that you're having with someone than a big sit-down event. Jonathan Raymond has a really straightforward process for starting have regular conversations about accountability. I've had a number of opportunities to have conversations on my podcast over the years about implicit bias and specifically about gender and implicit bias. We all have biases and sometimes our biases can be really helpful to us they can keep us safe, help us make good decisions and faster decisions.
