How to Break Out of the Commoditized Market

A lot of people don't know that they are their own best differentiator in a commoditized space. People say yes to you, they refer you and almost regardless of what brand you're performing under. It's not about doing the latest tech sooner than everybody else, although that might help. If you're not doing it with your own strengths in mind, then I don't know if it's going to be successful long term.
