The Relationship Between Physical Stress and Mental Stress
Stressors can feel like they come in a lot of different forms, at the end of the day they do really mix together. And there's a huge gray area between what's a physical stress and what's a mental stress because we tend to express our mental stresses physically. What we found is really, really similar patterns that in response to either a physical stress or a mental stress, you see that during that stressful period our stress scores would be high.
