Sally Kohn: My background comes from entrepreneurship and it's really my dad's side is all government employees. So that's kind of where I ended up in government entrepreneurship. She says she went to Penn for grad school under a government scholarship, started a company called govloop.com. Kohn: We are going to answer those questions for this type of person.
