The classic quito diet is a four to one ratio. One part of your diet should be combined protein and carbohydrates. Vegetables are carbohydrate, so you're also restricting the kinds of vegetables that you're having. You can eat quite a bit of sausage. I mean, it's mostly like people eat a lot of cream. They eating a lot of butter. It just seems like there's more of a sort of, like dimensional calculation going on.
