Soy is smart. As long as it's organic, as long as you can tolerate it, it's smart. And in terms of curcumin and vitamin C, and vitamin D, do you have favorite super food sources? Or are you just supplementing? Cara: I love a good curry. It's easy. That's a way that the main ways that I ingest curcumin are curries, the golden milk, and I supplement. Coffee is still in play. Good cup of black coffee. I love it.
