The Importance of Screen Time

I think I'm going to keep up with minus the climate. Minus the, minus the, okay. So yeah, I have used grayscale off and on on my phone for years since like 2017 when I found a bunch of like Silicon Valley people who are all like, don't let them use colors on your phone because it's too powerful. Grayscale is the one that I feel like I should do permanently and probably won't because she's because of the addictive quality. Like that's how addictive the colors are. It's really hard.
