I always try to work on my weaknesses for like some part of the session but basically I try to always try hard boulders for me. So how long are your sessions? It really depends usually bouldering are like about two hours. Okay okay so the last thing I wanted to ask you about is your diet and your weight and how those things play into your climbing. You think that eating a bit of everything and especially just eating enough is really important for climbing. But most climbers nowadays think that the lighter they are the stronger they'll be which is wrong.
