CrossFit Is a Sport Specific Adaptation
The GPP program is about using the one hour class to get better at the other 23 hours outside the gym CrossFit true CrossFit. Once we get to a certain level proficiency we want to work on the next greatest area of need it's not about getting to the upper echelons. The sport evolved past the cyclical past the stamina component into this very skill specific component and that's just recent in the last three four five years.
