It is about identifying what do they need, what support do they need and whose responsibility is to meet that need. The influence you have over somebody's cad does not finish when you stop seeing them. What goes in their notes, what goes in the letteto, ta, g p will influence the care they get going forward. And that's really, really important in terms of allowing them to heal from whatever happened.
