How to Slow Down Breathing
Close your eyes. Slow down respiration, allowing us to relax and to limit the amount of stimuli that arrives from the thalamus to our frontal lobe. Try to soften your belly. Release any health and tension in the shoulders. You can rotate the shoulders back and drop them. Softening the muscles in the face. Just again, let the belly really be a soft, a blind.
