The campaigns are spend in the largest proportion of their digital advertising budget in their home states very early on in the process. The biggest strategy we saw during that period was to purchase ads in home states? It's clear from our research that this home state advantage that many candidates have because they are politicians already, was really a focus of their digital ad campaign. So that was the place where they could go and raise as much money as possible.
