Stress can accelerate the road to burnout because we're less likely to be consuming those nutrients on our stress. Sometimes it can cause even more stress to ask someone to change their diet and lifestyle. It's about using our kind of convenient culture to your advantage, if that makes sense. Or perhaps even with this burger and chips that I'm going to prepare, I will also eat an apple while I wait. Yeah. It doesn't always have to be big thing to be a complete show over hope.
