The Importance of Stretching in Bodybuilding

There is a decent body of evidence now that only stretching produces robust hypertrophy. Long muscle makes may work because there was a stretch stimulus and potentially for no other reason. So if you get a big stretch, hey, maybe you're really checking all the boxes. And undergraduate research is absolutely very incisive. It's at their very best, sorry, the very worst for bodybuilders at a high level.
