I know that public engagement is a big part of what you're thinking about and how you approach your day. I want to share a story with you. One of my departments is utilities. You know, we have sewer, we have very big responsibilities in any region. And this is one of my teams that really quickly embraced these principles of visual management of daily huddles. The servant leader is servant first. It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve and serve first, the conscious choice one brings to aspire to lead.
