Zone Two Cardio Is Worth the Hype

There's typically five zones that are described with respect to like aerobic conditioning. And these are based on heart rate zones. Zone one would be kind of considered like an active recovery sort of zone. For me, that's somewhere in like the 115 to 130, 135 beats per minute range. Zones three is still aerobic, but you're starting to get close to like your lactate threshold.Zone four is right at your lactate thresholds.
